I used them for about 20 minutes and both soft grip handles fell off. The blades were sharp but the handles wouldn't stay on which made using the product difficult.

About four weeks ago, I purchased these shears. There was a problem with them, at which I gave my review. A few days later I recieved a phone call, from a man named Tom. He was very nice and completely took care of the problems I was having. I want everyone to know that Jacks Tool Shed is a wonderful place to purchase items without worrying about any problems.
