Product shown is not product received. The unit is all green and there is a completely different shape to the upper hand area. Pic shown does not show the black attached guard that goes on the bottom.
The head on the model sent has two string feeds coming out, while the older model has only one. It takes a bit more to get used to this model having to change out the line. My wife hates it because it is heavier than the model shown and has trouble with the two lines instead of the single line.

I had a yellow Weed Eater 2.4 amp String Trimmer just like the one in the picture. It definitely deserved a 5 star rating. Weed Eater Company are you listening? It was so light and easy to use, I was delighted to see it availabe on Amazon when my old one wore out. However, the item shipped was solid green, intended to use with only one hand and has double strings. It was a real "bait and switch"! There is no product number anywhere on the box like a normal Weed Eater product would have. It is also much shorter and I have to bend down to reach the grass. What a STUPID item that I received! Amazon should be aware of this deception, and so should Weed Eater.
